Approximately 9 acres owned and managed directly, with an additional 70 acres of adjacent family-owned land under stewardship.

    • Vegetables: Lettuce, microgreens, tomatoes, summer and winter squash, cabbage, collard greens, okra, peppers. 
    • Fruits: Apples, pears, plums, and newly planted peach trees. 
    • Herbs: Basil, thyme, sage (used in herb salts). 
    • Value-added products: Jams, jellies, and cottage cheese. 
    • Livestock: One Scottish Highland cow, three goats, and three livestock guardian dogs. 
    • No poultry currently.

    Graham and Tony began their farming journey in a backyard garden in Columbus before moving to the family land in rural Ohio. Motivated by sustainability, food access, and public health, they transitioned from careers in sustainability and public health to full-time farming. Their approach is deeply influenced by regenerative agriculture leaders like Will Harris of White Oak Pastures. They are committed to building a resilient, community-oriented farm that addresses both environmental and social challenges.

    Soil Organic Carbon Performance

    • The farm is enrolled in the RCPP soil organic carbon monitoring program. 
    • Practices include: 
    • Minimal tillage in vegetable production. 
    • Rotational grazing with goats and plans to expand with cattle. 
    • Permanent paddocks and pasture revitalization. 
    • Use of reusable landscape fabric and organic-compliant inputs. 
    • Early results show greener, thicker pasture in grazed areas and improved water retention in no-till vegetable beds.

    • BIPOC-led: Tony is a Black woman navigating rural Ohio farming. 
    • First-generation farmers: Neither Graham nor Tony grew up farming. 
    • Community leaders: Graham serves as Vice President of the local farmers market. 
    • Social impact: They partner with food pantries and local restaurants, and are active in building a local food economy. 
    • Climate-conscious: Their entire operation is rooted in climate resilience and carbon sequestration. 
    • Support network: Beneficiaries of OEFFA training, Young Farmers Coalition, and OSU’s Warner Grant.
